My kid has been playing ANCH for some time using their own profile on our Switch. Recently, we purchased a Switch 2 and transferred all data (including profiles) to the new device.

However, when starting up ANCH on the OLD Switch (and attempting to use the Island Transfer Tool) there's no sign of the game save/data. Any idea what we might be able to do here?

Notes:

• we don't have Nintendo Online and didn't upload a save
• my child's profile didn't have a Nintendo account assigned to it - I created one today just in case that might help
• when booting up the game on the old Switch, it goes straight to the first time user experience, not detecting the island
