What marathon training programs do you recommend for a first timer? I’ve done a couple half’s now using my garmin venu 3s and the garmin coach plans but I just found out those plans only go up to the half marathon mileage. I have a full scheduled in October and would like something of similar structure to the garmin coach plans. I’d like to finish around the 4 hour mark but primarily just want to finish strong!
