Need help making a trio of power systems within the same game

Im making a ttrpg system based in the world of a story im writing. One of the main gimmicks of the system is the usage of 3 power systems that are both similar yet completely mechanically different from each other.

One power system is based around Magic. Each player and character has a set of magic that can be completely different from another characters due to the fact that each player makes their own spells based around a specific theme and makes these spells using a set of rules

The other system is based around biomechanical implants. Sort of like cyberpunk but more fleshy. Theres a set of premade implants that all function the same way when used on different characters but theres enough variety between the augments where one persons set of abilities can be completely different

This where my problem is. I dont know what to do for the third power system but i'm set on having 3. I really want this power system to sort of be the "normal person" power system compared to the previously mentioned spell casters and biocyborgs. I already have an extensive skill system similar to that of Delta Greens that all characters use. Can you guys help me find a way to make this power system interesting and mechanical different from the other 2?
