Does samsung not offer Eartips anymore, because of that defect.?
I bought my Samsung galaxy earbuds 3 pro last year, manufactured in 2025/04/02, i remember hearing at that time that these model had an issue with the silicone tips. Today one of the broke and support says its not covered by warranty. Is that true?
