Subliminals or silent subliminals?

I want to make one self-made subliminal, and also which method for creating sub is good?

My family painted our house, the new paint is worse and it feels different now. Any subliminal you should fix that; I want the new painting to be removed.

Another thing to note is that my neighbor has cancer and she is sensitive to the smell of this type of paint and because of that she died, I was against painting. My family acts differently now only to know that the painting was a byproduct of me trying to remove Lumierd. Since the day I listened to Lumierd all kind of bad things happened. How do I reverse this?
