For the last 2-3 months i have had lower back pain…and of course i questioned our mattress but due to it being only around 2 years old i discarded that possibility. A couple days ago my wife ordered new bedsheets and when they arrived she went to her parents house to wash them. That is when i got the bright idea to spin our mattress around 180° so my side is on her side now and my back pain has improved significantly. I am more on the heavy side (275 lb) and she is about (140 lb). I think I’m going to keep this a secret because she still sleeps like a baby, my back is recovering, and she hasn’t noticed it at all. LOL
