There is a push to take the bus more (less cars downtown, helps the environment climate change etc etc) but what is event the point of having a bus terminal when there is no space for people to park
I moved into a rather quiet condominium last Fall. The neighbours were either retired or working professionals. There is only 2 young families. Since May a new family with 5 kids have moved in. Forget about screaming and yelling outside at 7am on the weekends or 9:30pm during the evenings. I’ve now had a damage to my external heat pump, I have witnessed them several times bounce a basketball straight into my car doors and have had a neighbour today tell me they saw them throwing rocks now at my car.
I’ve spoken to them twice to ask them to not play sports in a packed parking lot so maybe that’s too much of a Karen but what do I do?
It seems like there is no condo board, I’ve contacted the man in charge of the property but he seems not interested. My condos fees went up quite high the start of this year. A once nice community has now turned into complete disrespect and I feel stuck on any options here.
And before you come at me, let kids be kids. I do. They just scream during the entire day which is super fun when you primarily work from home and attempt to open a window. So I leave it be during the day but the after hours is becoming stressful. And thinking of what happens if they break something on the car or house is even more stressful. TIA
Update: There is a vice president who is assuming the president role, however she is a travelling nurse (I believe that is the right term) and is apparently away. And they will be holding a meeting Aug 3 to select a new board.
This resolves some of the questions regarding the board. Still wondering what to do about neighbours and damages but thanks for the suggestions on cameras that will at least show proof
Has anyone tried Based Supplies onion shampoo/conditioner? I have thin hair and I’m having a lot of breakage. I want to help my sensitive scalp and start thickening my hair. Not sure if AI heard my cries and provided this as a solution - not sure how real this is. I understand it won’t work for a few weeks but looking for other experiences using this product
My parents have lived in the same house for almost 40 years. This has to be the first year where is seems the middle floor/main floor is SO creaky. I can’t figure out what has changed this year. Is anyone noticing the same in their house? The main floor is hardwood floors, full carpeted basement. Was it just so cold that something expended with the floor?
Can anyone comment if they’ve used the above product or any red light products and has that helped regrow hair?
… how is that going? My neighbour was laid off beginning of April and has applied to jobs she was qualified and overqualified for. I think she said she sent out hundreds but haven’t heard anything back. Just wondering how others are making out, what is your plan? She is now considering moving back to Nfld to live with her parents. My heart goes out to her and everyone else being laid off
