Ok so I know people have been having more service issues since last night’s update, and unfortunately I have been also. It seems like I will upgrade a service building to accommodate the insane service need that randomly appeared and the upgrade is supposed to fix the issue. Yet, after upgrading, the service number grows even higher and it’s asking me to upgrade again. See screenshots (1st pic- before upgrade; 2nd pic- after that upgrade). I’ve upgraded this regional building four times now and each time the upgrade should supposedly fix the service issue and cover all the service requirements. Yet, after the upgrade, this number changes and this keeps happening after each upgrade. It’s ridiculous and doesn’t make sense at all.
I need to know I’m not crazy here or misreading this…
I emailed support about it, and this is the response I got:
“To fix it you need to make sure of the below:-
(1) All your roads should be perfectly connected with each other and under no circumstances should leave a dead-end.
(2) Make sure all your city service buildings are fully upgraded.
(3) Players should definitely meet the Demand by providing enough capacity.”
So basically…they didn’t read my message at all and do not really care to help me or fix the issue. Very frustrating.
