this is a poorly attended line most of the day, and understandably, its frequency is every hour so if you miss it you'll be standing there for 59 minutes. but that's a problem for all lowly used suburban buses.

my actual complaint is that it makes no sense. it goes to two orange line stations and the northern terminus is a sleepy strip mall. no connections up there, it just fully dead ends. Meanwhile at oak grove the train goes to Malden and another bus goes to Malden. the redundancy is out of control!

eliminate 132 going to Malden, and extend the northern terminus to Reading depot (rail). kinda completes the loop instead of dead ending.
