I'm like, 95% sure I age regress. Although I am having troubles with trying to vocalize my regression along with figuring out details about it. I can't even figure out my own age when I regress, I can only figure out that I'd rather not talk. Which, in turn, makes it hard for me to tell my bf about it; not to mention he's not even my caretaker (I don't have one sadly)

I'm mainly making this post to ask a few things; How do you guys figure out your ages? How do I try to communicate when I go nonverbal?
