Did my first 5k this week!
Super proud of myself for doing this.
TBH I did do 4 stops in the middle to catch my breath and restart, does that count as a 5k or it only does when you do it non stop?
Will keep working on it nevertheless, just posting here to motivate myself and anyone wishing to do it.
Don't wait, just get out and start running! It only gets better!
