I bought a broken Furby for $5 to fix. When I got home and put in batteries, it worked fine, although it's always grumpy. I have no idea why, so I removed its fur to clean it because it was very dark. I accidentally cut the tickle wire on its tummy, then soldered the two wires back together. Now my 2012 Furby sometimes laughs and sometimes doesn't. The same thing happens with the head and back sensors, even though they're working fine. Does anyone know what might be happening, and why it's always grumpy? Can it be reset? Thanks so much for your help.
