How likely are plaintiffs’ lawsuits to win given similar lawsuits in the past?
Hello everyone, I am in the same boat as you all. I have an approved I-601a waiver but am affected by the 75 country pause as I cannot back to my home country (Brazil) to do the interview because I would be stuck there until the ban is lifted.
I have joined the McBean lawsuit, and my question is what would a win look like as it is a plaintiff only lawsuit. My questions are:
If McBean wins the suit, will the government immediately appeal it, thus the plaintiffs will not get benefit of the win immediately?
would they give a special pass to the plaintiffs who won the suit and only them would be issued visas?
has lawsuits like this won in the past (with previous bans) and what ended up happening to the plaintiffs who won?
