Need help with Leblanc

Hi

I've been playing a lot of leblanc these past two weeks and I've been having mixed results. Before release I was playing mostly with friends, but this week on both Nexus Nights I've played my results were really bad. I'm definitely doing something wrong, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what. I'm also not sure about the list. On some opening hands it feels like I have way too many spells and not enough units to get the lb shenanigans going.

Here's the list: https://piltoverarchive.com/decks/view/96ed40ad-cfa4-42d7-aa39-71d2b641f3b2

I was trying Herald and Atakhan out, but I'm cutting them as they are too slow.

The games where I can develop and get value out of deathknells go really smooth. My problem is that most of the time it feels like I either can't develop or the hand is too power hungry and I get too far behind on runes.

Anyway, I would appreciate any tips on how to pilot and build the deck properly.

In the last episode, we got to see Jim as a ghost, appearing to Ethan. I've read a lot of people's thoughts on this, but I haven't seen anyone mention the fact that Ethan starts seem him immediately after taking the radio. That combined with the MiY scene with Sarah in the storage room, makes me think we got a pretty big answer to one of the oldest mysteries in the show.

When looking around, the MiY (disguised as Sophia), mentions that all these things are like "memories of all the people that passed through there". I don't think that was random. When Ethan saw Jim's ghost right after taking his dad's radio, that caught my attention.

What if you can see the dead if you take something important that belong to them?

Or maybe an echo, or a memory of them.

We have already been shown that memorabilia have an important role in the show. Victor is told to take an object from every dead person after the massacre. So what if that is the reason some characters see ghosts?

Jade, if I remember correctly, seems Tom when he is at the bar, messing with the barman's old stuff. Boyd sees Father Kahtri after taking his buried box, which was something very important to the priest.

There are some flaws, like not all characters seeing ghosts, but that is perhaps explained by the fact that it has to be something important, or that had meaning to the deceased. Or perhaps not everyone can see the ghosts. In any case, given what we have been shown and the commentary from the MiY, I'm starting to fully believe that is the case. What do you guys think?
