I sumbited a pokestop that was acepted but i found that spots must be into a "empty slot" into a cells system to appear into the game

The stop is the green point and it might be a little close to the white point (a spot that doesnt appear into the game, might be a Dynamax node) so, does exist a way to see clearly this cells system?

There's a spot in my city with a mural that doesnt belongs to the one made. In the spot there is a mural of 2 indigenous women with animals, planta and corn but the spot shows a man with a bicycle and a sheep. I tried some times to update it but the systems just denies it. What can i do to send a ticket or something to show the real mural there?
