Issue with new Snowsky Echo Mini
Hi everyone.
I've bought a Snowsky Echo Mini a couple of days ago and it was working great until now. Pressing the left arrow makes the system just stuck going to the left. After this, the only button that works is the power button, that stops this behaviour, but do nothing else. As you see in the video, none of the other buttons does anything.
Things I've tried so far:
- Reseting the device - It resets, but the issue remains after it turns on again
- Firmware Upgrade - Just installed the 3.60 firmware, same thing
- Connecting with ubs to pc - It connects normally, but don't fix the issue
I'm not using a SD card with it, just to be clear. I appreciate if anyone can help me with this. Thanks.
UPDATE: After some time recharging connected to the Pc, it just fixed itself and it's now working properly. Just hope this doesn't happen again. Thanks for everyone that helped!
UPDATE2: Aaaand I've celebrated too soon... It started happening again :/
