Is anyone else facing the SGPA issue?, SGPA is way lower than what I expected, almost feels like I've got someone else's result,

Teachers are not ready to co-operate or even guide regarding this issue, this seriously needs some action.

Students with lesser marks than me have got better SGPA,

Please if anyone is aware about this please guide me.
