We moved into our house about 3 years ago and the main selling point to us was that it had been recently remodeled when the former owners decided to sell after living here for 30+ years. Trying to emphasize that this wasn't just a flip.

Anyway, 3 years later, this is what our primary shower looks like. What's going on here? I don't feel like this is normal. How would we potentially fix this?
