I currently use square for all my appointment reminders, payments, quotes, estimates etc. it feels clunky. My messages come from my number, appointment reminders from another, and receipts from another, seems so clunky and overcomplicated. I use ghl for all my automated messages and pipeline and calling customers. Is there a way to integrate all of this into ghl?
I have an automation, when an internal form is submitted I want all of the information to be sent to my subcontractors so that they can enter their bid for the job. The thing is, I only want it sent to a certain group of people each time, because i service different regions.
Is there a way to send an sms to everyone in a certain contact type after the trigger? I already have a filter as the first step, if the radio check is not the same region as the certain workflow, nothing happens, but if it matches, then it continues on, and the goal is to have a message send to everyone with "X contact type"
I want an internal form that I can submit from my gohighlevel that outlines a job description and other typed of questions like "Property Type" in a dropdown selection.
Then, once this form is submitted by me, I want a message to be sent to all my subcontractors that have "x contact type" through sms with this information I have submitted in the form.
Not sure if im making sense, happy to clarify anything
