I'm good at using tech and getting stuff done but not very good at the technical knowledge of coding and such (not from a technical/engineering background or anything)

This is a post I saw of someone getting a basic kindle like browser running on the rmpp with text based sites like wikipedia, etc running on it.

I wanted to know if there are any existing mods which let you do it on rm2. Or even if no existing ones, but is it possible in the future? Why? Or why not?
