I'm doing k12 grade 11 american curriculum, international o level graduate. Should I pick these subjects for a stable office job in the future? Are they useful?

I don't wanna do advanced math or anything cuz I'm not a genius (I have adhd lol) my goal in life is to just go to college n get a good job and I know the job market sucks, if I could get some subject recs or opinions on the ones below id love that thanks <3
