I downloaded Outlast from Steamrip and Windows Defender immediately quarantined this file:

Outlast\Binaries\Win64\steam_api64.dll

Detections:
HackTool:Win64/GameHack!MSR and HackTool:Win32/Crack!pz

I didn't run the game and only extracted the DLL file to check it and uploaded it to VirusTotal (results below). Im new to cracking so I can't tell if this is a false positive. Some antiviruses detected it as a trojan.
