I'm saying this from memory. But If I'm not mistaken the description of being naked and without shame is a reference to early childhood when you are not and run around naked gigling as a child. Then as you get older you become ashamed and eventually you get covered in wooly hair.(if you are jewish.) god giving them wool hair is a description of puberty as wool in the bible is a common description of jewish curly hair. Those two descriptions are put together for a reason if I'm not mistaken to represent growing up.
