I am from Bangladesh. I graduted from top busines School of my country major in MIS. I have almost 4 yrs of work experince in Data analysis. Curretnly working remotely in a us based medical billign company. I want to move abroad but i don't have enough fund. What should i pursue Masters or Ph.d. I want to get full fund or a big scholarship . I am also confused regarding which country should i target (USA , UK ,Canada or aurstralia) can someone please help ?
