If you were leaving your current OP ortho job to start your own practice hours away, what are the ethics of using current connections made through your employer as you work to get your own place open? I know that’s very opened ended but hang with me…

Current situation: we need to have head shots done, along with some photos and videos for the website and social media. The place we are going to take them is available to us through former patients at the current clinic. We aren’t using any current patients in any of the materials and all of this will be done outside of work hours, but I’m unsure if this is ethically above board.
