Sleep apnea - UK - help
Hi
So I wake up not breathing maybe two nights a week. By the time my feet hit the floor I realise I am breathing again but I'm guessing it must be sleep apnea.
I've been told it's a two year wait. I feel sometimes drunk from the exhaustion.
Has anyone solved theirs privately? I am in Scotland.
I have Long COVID so if I could fix this it would help a layer of the misery.
Thanks
