I was on accutane for around 6 months 30 mg twice a day. Paired with 50 mg of spironolactone. I’ve been off Accutane for a couple weeks now and I’m notice really small tiny pus filled pimples. On my eyes, cheeks, nose, and even on the water line of my eyes. Along with really dry spots I can’t seem to cure. I’m so beyond upset bc I went through A LOT while on Accutane and was so excited to finally have clear skin. Any recommendations on what I should do?
