Has anyone else had issues with their VA Higher Level Review informal conference Teams link not working?

I have an HLR informal conference today with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the confirmation email says “Join Here” for the Microsoft Teams meeting… but there’s no actual hyperlink.

The email includes a meeting ID and conference call number, but the passcode line is blank/cut off.

I’m curious:

• Has anyone had this happen?
• Were you still able to join by phone with just the conference ID?
• Did the VA call you if they saw you weren’t in the meeting?
• I know I can call into the conference line instead — is there any downside to doing it that way versus joining through Teams?

Trying to avoid any last minute issues.
