Can we travel post h1b approval and before cos on 1st Oct on current L Visa ?
I'm on L1 visa, which is valid until 2028, this year, i'm filing h1b in pp, so can I travel internationally after h1b approval and before change of status on 1st Oct ?
Some lawyers suggest it's risky, has anyone done it ? What are the risks ?
