I'll keep the facts short because they speak for themselves.

Bhimrao Kamble lured a 4-year-old child into a cattle shed in Pune. He raped her. Then he crushed her skull with stones to destroy evidence. Her body was found buried under cow dung. CCTV caught him. He had prior POCSO cases. He was on the streets anyway.

I'm posting this because I'm exhausted.

I'm exhausted by the machinery that decides which dead children deserve outrage and which don't. I'm exhausted by the politicians who board flights to crime scenes only when the victim fits their electoral arithmetic. I'm exhausted by the activists who write 2000-word threads about systemic violence only when the narrative aligns with their ideology.

Because we all know the truth that nobody wants to say out loud.

If this child were Dalit and the accused were a Brahmin, this would be a national emergency right now. Prime time coverage for a week. Politicians tripping over each other to reach Pune first. International media. UN statements. Twitter threads with millions of impressions, calling it proof of Brahminical savagery.

But she was a Brahmin child. So the silence is deafening.

I want to be clear about something. This is not a pro caste post. I don't care about caste hierarchies or who sits where in some ancient social order. What I care about is consistency. What I care about is that a dead 4 year old receives the same fury regardless of what surname she carried.

And then there's the judiciary. The Chhattisgarh High Court recently commuted a death sentence for the rape and murder of a 7 year old child. The reason given? The accused belonged to a backward community, and reformation could not be ruled out. Read that again. A judge in a court of law decided that a child rapist and murderer deserved to live because of his caste. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is documented. Look it up on LiveLaw.

This is the system that is supposed to deliver justice for that 4 year old in Pune.

I posted this because someone has to. Because if we only scream when it's convenient, we're not seeking justice. We're seeking validation.

Her name deserves to be remembered. Her death deserves the same fire and fury we'd bring if she were anyone else.

Hang him. Fix the judiciary. And check your selective conscience.
