Hey, I submitted for a MMC renewal along with a Inland TOAR endorsement. I work on Harbor assist tugs so some of the TOAR sign off don't apply and are impossibleto do with my job. They sent me an email saying I needed a few more sign offs but they're not possible for me to do on the vessels I work on? How should I address this?

Hey, this is my (27M) first time coming and also going solo. I was planning on staying at a Hostel and taking transit to the festival? Just curious if that is a good idea... plus any advice for a newby would be appreciated. Thanks
