steamdeck-repair-beta-20260327.100-3.8.1.img - Fails to get to get to the live desktop

On bios 317

During this, I have changed both the physical bootable USBs and the internally SSD.
FAQ
Bazzite - Works, just dont want it
Secure Boot - The steam bootable ISO literally tells you that its on, so yes it is off
