Salamander race

First time homebrewing a race, i just found out that giant chinese salamanders exist and they are my new favorite animal, please criticize and any advice would be appreciated

Andriad

Species Details

Your people prefer the habitats of deep, cool mountain rivers — massive, patient ambush predators with slick, thick hides and jaws that can crush stone. Andriads are broad-shouldered, flat-headed humanoids with mottled brown-gray slimy skin, tiny nearly useless eyes, wide mouths, and powerful tails. They move just as fast on land as they do on water.

Andriad Traits

Creature Type: Humanoid
Size: Medium (about 7–8 feet tall)
Speed: our walking speed is 30 feet, and you have a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.

Andriad Traits

As a Andriad, you have these special traits.

Blindsight

You have blindsight out to a range of 30 feet. While you are fully submerged in water, this range increases to 60 feet. Within that range, you can effectively see anything that isn’t behind total cover, even if you’re blinded or in darkness. You can perceive invisible creatures within range as well, but this sense doesn’t allow you to discern color or fine visual details. You cannot see past these ranges.

Powerful Build

You have Advantage on any ability check you make to end the Grappled condition. You also count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity.

Leviathan Will

You have advantage against being frightened

Natural Armor

You have thick, slimy skin. When you aren’t wearing armor, your base AC is 13 + your Dexterity modifier. You can use your natural armor to determine your AC if the armor you wear would leave you with a lower AC. A shield’s benefits apply as normal while you use your natural armor.

Limited Amphibiousness

You can breathe air and water, but you need to be submerged at least once every 4 hours to avoid suffocating.

Nature's Intuition

Thanks to your mystical connection to nature, you gain proficiency with two of the following skills of your choice: Atheletics, Medicine, Nature, Perception, Stealth, or Survival.

Bite

You have a strong bite force that can crush bones that you can use to make unarmed strikes. When you hit with it, the strike deals 1d6 + your Strength modifier bludgeoning damage, instead of normal unarmed strike.
