New diagnosis?

Hello everyone I am a 25F post left thyroid lobectomy 2 weeks ago. I found a 4cm mass back in March went through the FNA, scans and blood work. They determined it was suspicious of malignancy 70-80% through genetic testing after the biopsy. I just received my pathology results in my portal. Stated they found 'poorly differentiated encapsulated follicular thyroid carcinoma with vascular invasion:5' although report does say metastases and lymph node involvement was negative. **My follow up post op appt is this coming Tuesday to go over next steps I have yet to talk to my dr** but I have seen some posts here on Reddit with the same diagnosis/ story so I'm wondering if anyone can relate to this type of thyroid cancer. I'm guessing they'll want to explore removing the right side at some point. Thanks everyone!
