I'm just wondering, as far as I understand, qualcomm has a maximum payout of damn only 21k dollars for a critical vulnerability, but at the same time zero day brokers are willing to pay millions for a ready and working PoC, why is that? Apple gives a million dollars for critical, but here the same huge corporation that produces chips for most of the top-end phone models pays so little....
