Can someone give me some advice?
So I’m currently an L3 process assistant. I’ve been an PA for one year and a TA for 1 year prior so 2 years total as a T3. I have my bachelors in supply chain management and recently I decided to apply for some L4 positions. I applied for one in the past and it stayed under consideration for awhile before moving to no longer. I applied for a L4 TAM position and it was under consideration for awhile before they deleted the posting and updated it to a L5. I applied for another one on April 17th and it still says Under Consideration but the posting itself has been deleted. Since then I also noticed the hiring manager has changed on it and the hiring manager is at a Senior Regional level so I feel like messaging her wouldn’t be as effective.
Can anyone who has been in this position offer me any advice? What happened to your application?
