I am not an ICU nurse, but I am graduating from acute care NP program and passed AACN (ACNPC-AG). I’m certified in PCCN, CSC, TNCC. To bridge the gap, I also took Live workshops for critical care, trauma, POCUS, and procedurals, advance airway. My work experience mainly in PCU and Medsurg, but I’m comfortable to learn ventilator, comfortable reading swan ganz, ICU drips, etc. what is my chance of getting into critical care NP fellowship without ICU experience?
