I have initiated an execution case against my previous company due to their failure to release my March salary and end-of-service benefits (EOSB).
I initially filed a complaint through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation to determine the amount owed to me. MOHRE conducted an investigation and called both myself and my previous employer. The decision was issued in my favor, with a deadline given to the company to settle the dues by 25 April 2026.
However, the company did not comply within the given grace period. I contacted MOHRE again, and they advised me to proceed with opening an execution case at the Al Adheed Center.
On 30 April 2026, I officially filed the execution of the labor decision and paid all the required registration fees.
I would like to understand the expected timeline for this process, as my previous company has repeatedly shown disregard for government regulations.
