Our flat got a low cost bin mid-March, supposedly weekly collections. The first collection was on the 26th of March and it’s been collected 2 out of the 8 weeks since then (3 total). Every time they miss us I call them and they say whoops! we’ll pass it on to management and definitely get it next week!… and then they don’t. One time they said they’ll take extra at the next collection. They didn’t come:). Got re-credited for 2 misses which is something but this is ridiculous.

Are they terrible for everyone or is it just us??
