I am an applicant for Inland Spouse Sponsorship in Quebec. My AOR and biometrics are already completed, and my OWP application is currently in progress. My country is required to pass a medical exam, but I would like to know if it’s possible to obtain it before I pass the medical exam, or if I really have to wait their instruction letter for that.
