I’ve been putting off getting my real estate license for the past two years, and recently I finally completed the 180 hours and received all my certificates. At first I felt really good about it, very confident, but now I’m questioning if it’s something that I should pursue. I’m not really sure exactly what is concerning me; maybe it’s the market. Maybe it’s the complexity of real estate itself, but I’m feeling discouraged. I guess I’m wondering if anybody else felt a little discouraged, overwhelmed, or even in over their head at first, and once that anxiety wore off, it eventually paid off?

I’m open to any advice or feedback.

I’m 27F and live in a major city in Texas.
The flair was a requirement but it doesn’t have relevance.
