Jorge Mendes has proposed Rafael Leão to Roma on behalf of AC Milan today.
Mendes wants to try to bring the Portuguese star to the Giallorossi and has already put his name forward to the Friedkin family.
Meanwhile, Roma have reached a personal agreement with Malick Fofana and are working on a deal with Lyon after Rodrigo Mora.

I may be wrong, but... for so many years, I've been observing coaches, and not 1, 2 or 3, but many of them, who are clearly frustrated by slow movements in midfield, slow build-ups from defense, and, in general, slow movement of the ball and the players. BUT STILL we going after for the slowest possible players for years and years, AND/OR renewing contracts to whom we already have. JUST WHYYY???? WHY??
If we fans can see that from screens that we need quick legs in defense, midfield and attack to compete at the highest level. If we who are not professionally involved into football management, tactics and etc. and still are able to see problems the club dealing with for 10-15-20 years and that are visible to the naked eye, why is this keep happening?

I don't know how necessary it is to sell a player now because FFP, the new financial calculation has already started from July 1st, but even if it’s not the case anymore.
Sometimes an offer can come in for a player that you don't want to sell for FFP, but you might take into consideration because it could be an off-market offer, meaning the club is paying more than you value the player for.
In such cases, who would you sell, why, and who would you bring in as a replacement?
I meeean, in one day, we missed out on two revealed targets like it's nothing (if they were truly priorities). I really really don't understand the club's decision to renew Celik's contract. Every single season he is one of if not the weakest point in this team. I would love to hear real reason or reasons that I might be missing out on why are not we thinking of selling him or letting him go for free.
From the alternatives that have left to Greenwood, I would personally go for Leao or Nusa, big transfer fees required but both would be huge signing. If we want to make leap in quality.
Leao we know, and Nusa is really really good, one of the players you say he is good in reality and not only on Youtube.
Leao's unwillingness to participate in defensive actions is the only problem, I don't think Gasp likes players who doesn't track down opponents but he can change his mentality and actually make him even better.
