UF online masters of anatomy

Has anyone done this online university of Florida masters in anatomy? This looks almost too good to be true for $16.5k.

Hi all,

Looking for some Post bacc Advice:

Background: 25yo cardiac ICU RN (will have 3-4 years experience by application time). Managing ECMO and all other MCS devices. Volunteer firefighter/ EMT (10 years experience by application time). I plan on applying in the 2028-2029 cycle for medical school.

Education: this is where things get a little hairy. First undergrad degree where I did most of my med school prereqs, I didn't do so hot. I also did not do well in some dual enrollment classes that I took my senior year of HS. Surprisingly, the prereqs i did okay in. I ended up leaving that school and doing nursing school instead, graduated with my BSN with a 3.5 GPA. My cumulative GPA is ~3.2 and sGPA is 3.0.

Concern: I have lots of credits in my undergrad so taking upper level UNDERGRAD classes really wouldn't budge my GPA by much. I want to work as much as i can before i start school so an SMP really isn't an option. My thought is enrolling in a Biology M.S at my local university. It will provide me with research opportunity which my application lacks as well as upper level graduate science classes that I can do while working. I have heard that online SMPs and such are looked down upon by adcoms but I would be open to doing one.

Any advice or recommendations or people in similar boat?
