Is there a general fear guide for folks getting into higher fear runs?

I’ve cleared low/ mid 20s fear a few times now in the underworld and high teens on Olympus , but when I try to hit 32 underworld or the 24 Olympus runs for the final night statue, I get rekt.

I typically run frenzy, wards, more expensive shop, 50% monsters from next region, loose magic with boons, timer 2/3

Any advice appreciated.

I’ve beaten the game. Finished the story, done additional runs so I have the whole skill tree unlocked as far as lucenite upgrades go. However I need like 200 more halcyon to finish unlocking all the skills.

Is the fastest way really to just do yellow shore over and over again?

I had so much fun playing this game but I’m surprised at the lack of endgame content vs returnal. Maybe I’m missing something
