Kia Connect Subscription hangs on payment processing
Have been facing this issue for months. Have tried subscribing from my PC (both Chrome and Edge browsers), my phone, the app. Every time, I select my package, click proceed and then it hangs on the payment method.
I've tried deleting all of my previous payment methods, re-entering a default payment method, etc. Nothing seems to resolve it.
I finally called support today, and they are not able to subscribe me over the phone and had to open a ticket because it's a "back end issue". (Which I assume means that it's an issue with their website, app, and/or payment processor.)
I've read some older posts about this issue, and haven't seen consistent resolutions. My car is 2025 version, and I'm not in MA - so this shouldn't be an access to service issue.
Has anyone experienced this recently, and if so were you able to get resolution?
