We have a Kyocera CS3212i in our small office. I'm new to the office. We're having some settings issues and after trying some basic things that didn't work, my next thought was to make sure we have all the latest drivers/software for the printer. I have no idea which drivers/software we have.

Is it a good idea to start at the top of Kycocera's drivers list for my model and install everything until I get the "already installed" message?

Bonus: If you're in the Houston southern suburban area and service this machine, please reply and I may reach out if we're still stuck. We're not looking to buy a new machine yet, so I just need help with this one.
