There is some speculation that the vandor bugg is not a bugg at all.
The Dev team has deliberately disable the vendor for use to sell, in order to create demand for basic credit which is essential in DIVISION ecosystem.
So the code to interact with the vender technically is under 1 bracket. If we are not allowed to sell due to bugg, we should not be able to buy anything too.
But, looking deeper, the Dev created demand to see how the market or the player reacted, and to see if anyone of use is stupid enough to buy PHOENIX credit to but SEALED CACHE to get ENCRYPTED DATA, so that we can use this ENCRYPTED DATA to buy basic credit.
again, this is all speculation. but if you follow the small puzzle and the breadcrumb they left,i think it speaks for it self why they never really admitted this was a bugg or even acknowledging it as a bugg.
