Pregnancy scare after ellaone
Ok so I had unprotected sex on May 8th during what my app predicted was my fertile window, around cycle day 15. I took Ella later that same day around 9:30 PM. My cycles have already been irregular recently because I had a super long cycle before this, including a period that lasted around 10 days after not having one for about 75 days.
Right now I’m on cycle day 30 and my period was supposed to start today according to my app, but it still hasn’t started. I know PMS symptoms mimic early pregnancy but I’ve been spiraling over everything including:
Mild cramps
Thick lotion like discharge
Hot flashes
Anxiety
But no other symptoms
I took a pregnancy test about 14 days after sex/Ella. It looked negative during the actual reading window, but when I came back around an hour later I could see a faint/light grayish blue second line. The line did not get darker afterward and people told me it might be an evaporation line, but I’m still anxious. I will attach the photo.
Does this sound more like delayed period/Ella side effects or possible pregnancy? Has anyone had a delayed period after Ella with similar symptoms and still ended up not pregnant?
