Working on a small SaaS idea.
Not trying to replace tools — just trying to reduce the noise between them.
Basically: instead of checking emails, messages, payments, etc. separately, you get one place that shows only what actually needs attention.
Still early, building a demo and testing the idea.
Curious if others here feel the same problem.

I’ve been building a small web app called OFA (One For All).
The idea came from something simple: I got tired of switching between too many tools every day (emails, messages, payments, etc.).
Instead of creating another tool, I’m trying to build something that sits on top of everything and just tells you what actually needs attention.
Not stats. Not dashboards. Just actions.
Right now I’m working on a basic demo with this kind of flow:
“You have 3 things that need attention today”
“You’re waiting on a 2400€ deal”
“1200€ unpaid (2 days late)”
“1 urgent client message”
The goal is to make it feel more like an assistant than a dashboard.
Still early, but I’ve started building a first version and testing how to prioritize things properly.
Planning to start with email as the first integration.
If you’ve worked on something similar or have thoughts on prioritization / UX, I’d love to hear it.
Waitlist (very early):

Hey, I’ve been working on a small project called OFA (One For All).
It’s a web app that tries to reduce the noise of using too many tools by bringing things into one place and highlighting what actually matters.
Still early and pretty minimal for now, just testing the idea.
If anyone wants to check it out or follow along:

Would appreciate any feedback.

I’m currently building a small SaaS called OFA.
The problem I’m trying to solve is pretty basic:
too many tools, too much noise, not enough clarity.
Instead of adding another tool, I’m trying to centralize things and show only what matters (urgent messages, clients, money-related stuff).
Still validating the idea — not even sure if people actually want this yet.
For those building SaaS here:
how do you validate early without overbuilding?

I’ve been working on a small web app called OFA (One For All).
The idea came from a problem I kept running into:
too many tools, too many messages, everything scattered.
Instead of switching between apps all day, I’m trying to centralize things into one dashboard that highlights what actually needs attention (urgent messages, clients, money-related stuff).
I’ve started building a basic demo version with a simple dashboard to visualize how this could work.
Still early, but I’m focusing on:
aggregating messages (starting with email)
basic prioritization logic
keeping the UI minimal and readable
One piece of feedback I got here was to make it more visual — which I’m currently working on.
For now I put up a simple waitlist to see if people are interested:

Curious how others here would approach:
prioritization logic
first integrations (email vs chat vs others)
Would really appreciate any feedback.

I’ve been thinking about this for a while.

Most days, I don’t feel “unproductive”…

I just feel overwhelmed.

Too many tools.

Too many messages.

Too many things to check.

I open my laptop and it’s like everything is competing for attention — emails, WhatsApp, random notifications, tasks I forgot about…

And I end up switching between apps instead of actually getting things done.

So I started building something for myself.

It’s called OFA (One For All).

It’s basically a web app that connects your tools and tries to simplify everything into one place.

The idea is simple:

instead of checking everything, it shows you what actually matters — like urgent stuff, clients, or anything related to money.

Nothing crazy, just trying to reduce the noise a bit.

I’m opening a waitlist + giving 1 month free when it’s ready, just to see if it actually helps people.

And honestly, if it’s bad or missing something, I’d rather know early so I can fix it.

If you’re curious or deal with the same problem, here it is:

I kept switching between Gmail, WhatsApp, notes, documents, and tasks all day.

It felt like I was working, but most of my time was just context switching.

So I started building a simple web app for myself.

The idea is not to add another tool, but to reduce the noise:

– see what actually matters today

– group important info in one place

– avoid jumping between 5 apps constantly

It’s still early, but it already helps me feel more focused and less overwhelmed.

I just opened a small waitlist to test it with a few people:
