Torn between AM4 or AM5 in 2026
I’m building from scratch.
I’m torn between an AM4 and an AM5 build. Alam ko pricey na talaga ngayon ang AM5, rams especially. Pero nakikita ko kasi na may path for future upgrade ang AM5 kesa AM4. Im the type of person na mag stick sa isang device na magagamit in the long run. So I‘m willing to stay sa PC na mabubuild ko for the next 5-10 years.
Sa AM4 naman, mas mura ang build, mas maximized ang budget. Kaso dead end na halos in terms of future upgrades. So ayun, what do you guys think?
I don’t know if I'm asking stupid questions. But this is my first time building. So please bear with me. :D
Ito yung na-research ko na build both for AM4 and AM5, including the prices. Mostly for gaming at 1080P or 1440. And a bit of photo and video editing.
